   I've been going to this barber for almost a year and has always been great as I always went with the same guy, however, today they just lost me as a client. The put me with someone new who clearly had no experience whatsoever and did an awful job. Uneven fade, and destroyed my beard completely. I asked to be changed with my usual guy but they didn't allow me to do that. I had to leave in the middle of the session and went home to fix what I could on my own (they still charged me £19). Now I'm going to look awful for weeks, a week before Christmas, thanks for that.

   Fair prices, alright haircuts. Just don’t expect good customer service. A response to the owners reply. First of all thank you for the prompt response to my review. At the start of entering the shop I asked the person who was sat behind the desk if they took card, he responded with no cash only. I stated that I had paid with card before with another member of staff, he responded with “does it look like I’m him” and “it’s cash only”. With no objections I said okay. (First incident) Whilst having the haircut I showed the staff member how I would like my hair done with a picture of a (skin fade). He rudely stated you don’t have the same hair type as him. Which I then responded with i would just like a similar skin fade if possible please. (Second incident) At the end of my haircut I noticed the shape up was not straight. I asked the staff member if it would be possible to re shape it. He replied by handing me the clippers and suggesting if I would like to do it myself. Quite shocked I said okay no worries that’s fine whilst he said, no I’ll just do it for you but don’t complain when it looks bad. (Third incident). It’s a barbers I completely understand that the staff is not there for customer service. But basic politeness is not difficult as a business. Hope this feedback Is taken to account as a way to improve and not negative. Kind regards.

   Unbelievable barber. Im from liverpool and had to take a gamble on somebody to cut my hair. No need to worry, produced one of the best haircuts ive ever had and trimmed my beard to perfection. Easy 5 stars.
