   We walked in and there was a full shop, people sat waiting with acrylic extensions on and the workers being stressed. I get it was the last friday of term but the shop was full. When it finally got round to my turn, i showed the guy the picture of what I wanted and he said he couldn't do it, I understand they have trainees but come on the design was pretty simple. Anyway, I ended up having this woman do it. The French tips were quite wonky but I tried to trust the process. Then the worker did the holly berries good but fumbled with the leaves were a bit of a mess. Not even 24 hours later, 2 of the french tips have chipped and the thumb is peeling.

   Very poor quality. The worst nails I’ve ever had! My nails started to break less than a week. The man is rude and angry. Unbelievable! Never go there again. They have no idea about customer service.

   Just had a gel removal and new French polish done. I have very bad ridged nails and the greatest care was taken including a small repair to one nail. Friendly staff and attention to detail was spot on. I am very pleased with my nails and will be back. Massive improvement on where I last went

   I’ve read some of the poor reviews (and culturally insensitive comments) and perhaps it was a different person doing the nails, but I have been here twice now and very happy with the quality of the shellac pedicure and manicure. Excellent attention to detail and the nail painting is so neat! The salon is spacious and modern and super clean. For the price point I think it is great value. I also found the staff to be polite and friendly. I’ve been to many nail bars around Manchester and this is one of the best so far!

   The worst pedicure I've ever had. Do not let them near your feet! I went in for a simple gel pedicure. They left me with cuts on the top of my toes from the polish remover file - and broke my big toenail. Terrible customer service too. Avoid.
