   Extremely rough with the e-file. The person assigned to me left deep e-file incisions by my cuticles (rings of fire). I'm forced to take a break and grow out the damage - my nails are inflamed and overfilled. I was also highly disappointed with the fact that my nail tech got gel on my cuticles and skin. Had to scrape that off once I got home. Definitely a place to avoid if you're worried about contact dermatitis/allergies. Language barrier was also an issue. I tried to have a conversation about what I wanted multiple times (to the point where I even pulled my hands away) but I was completely disregarded each time. Some of my nails had chipped and I asked the nail tech to just cut them short because I did not want them breaking any further. Instead I ended up with builder gel on random five fingers which I did not ask for. He did not even attempt to look which nails had chips in them. Manicure ended up looking ridiculous since each nail was different thickness. They managed to fit me in last minute, the place was clean and aesthetic. I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I won't be returning.

   I cannot recommend this nail salon enough! I was lucky they managed to fit me in last minute, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. I had a big toe nail that I honestly thought was beyond saving and told the technician not to worry about it—but he worked absolute magic on it. You’d never believe it was ever broken! The salon itself is absolutely stunning—recently refurbished with a classy, modern look that still feels soft and relaxing. The calming aroma in the air made the whole visit feel like a little escape, and the massage chairs while I had my toenails done were such a lovely touch. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, and I left feeling truly pampered. Will definitely be returning—thank you again for such amazing service!

   By far my favourite place to get my nails done, not only in the north but in England! (Trust me, I’ve tried!!) I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Manchester. They are always flawless and exactly what I ask for. I love T, John and the rest of the staff. It feels like just going to see friends every time. It’s a lovely warm atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend high enough.

   Me and my sister use this nail salon all the time for our nails. The staff are great and whenever we ask for a design on our nails they always deliver. The below pics are from our trip to the salon today, my sister can't stop smiling about her flower design ones and I can't stop about my ones. Would highly recommend!!! Thanks guys your the best

   Kevin, the nail tech, did an amazing job on my nails. I came in with battered nails and I left with nails of perfection. He took his time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend this salon for any treatment as the customer service is the best I’ve had, the whole million dollar team are fab
