   Been coming to these guys for almost 12yrs, I actually own my own salon but always come back to these guys! Lee is my preferred technician, knows exactly what I want without asking however I trust everyone I have in the salon. The efficiency is second to none, I'm in and out with perfect, long lasting nails. Highly recommend!

   I’ve been coming to this salon for years, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Each time I visit, the attitude from some of the male staff really puts me off. They behave as if they are providing a free service, and unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service makes the whole experience unpleasant. This morning, both my mother and I were treated rudely. I requested a stiletto shape for a fresh full set, but the shape was not correct, the lengths were uneven, and he didn’t even bother to clean my cuticles. When you ask for something specific, they seem to get annoyed, and it’s uncomfortable when they speak in their own language in front of customers. On the positive side, the ladies who work there are always kind, calm, and professional — I really appreciate their attitude. Sadly, the negative experiences with the male staff keep driving me to look for other salons, even though I have been a loyal customer for a long time.    Been coming here for a little over a year now, and always guaranteed a crisp set of acrylics. Will always do whatever mad designs I ask for, no problem, matching the picture PERFECTLY. The speed they can knock out a perfect set is madness! Whenever I’ve gone somewhere else (for ease) the nails I end up with are nowhere near as good. Amazing work guys

   This place is brilliant. Don’t understand any bad reviews of it? Been going here now for over 12 months n can’t fault it n it’s always busy so they’re obviously doing it right. So what if they don’t all speak English? It’s a business that they run well, not a social party lol. I’ve never come away with anything less than perfect nails that last until I next go. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t rate them highly enough.

   Highly recommend!! The lady that did mine was so lovely and a proper perfectionist, before she carried on to the next step she’d always check I was satisfied before moving on in case she needed to change anything. Nails are exactly how I wanted them, love!!

   My wife went for a pedicure and what an unpleasant experience it was. She tried to pay the bill of £28 with two £20 pound notes one of them happened to be an old note which is still legal tender until 30.09.22 but they point blank refused to accept it. Because my wife had no more cash on her she had to ring me and I had to drive all the way to pay. When I reminded the manageress that the old £20 is still legal tender and if she just can not arbitrarily refuse, she was very rude and said she won't accept it because there are fake notes around. I reminded her that as a business she should have a fake spotting device. She was very argumentative and patronising. This made my wife very upset and we left. NEVER AGAIN will my wife or any of her friends will visit this place.
