   Worst customer service and application I have ever experienced. I have been to this salon on multiple occasions over the years and I regret it every time. I asked for a gel nail soak off today. Instead, the woman drilled the entirety of the polish off to the point of drilling away at my natural nail. She damaged my nails badly leaving them weak and brittle. She was very rude, didn't say a word to me and was on face time with her air pods in. In the past, I have had acrylic nails done here. They ripped my cuticles to shreds with the nail drill, making them bleed. This led to infection and pain.

   I had my nails done yesterday, the technician was rushing as there was a queue, and she was being rough with the drill, I had to move my hands or say "ouch" several times, when my skin was red around my nails, I thought she'd be more careful, but no, she went in a second time and I had to keep telling her to be careful because it's sore now. She said ok, but then even when she saw the bleeding, she was continuing to dig her nail in and scrape the cut to try and get rid of the cured gel that she got onto my skin. It was painful and I couldn't believe she continued when I asked her to stop. The cuticles weren't even trimmed back properly in the first place as she was rushing. Now it's the next day and all my cuticals are red around every single nail and some of them are inflamed and still an open wound. I wanted to post the pictures on this review, but for some reason it's not giving me the option to add a picture. Wont be returning

   i have a very obvious natural shape to my eyebrows but she completely ignored it and now my eyebrows don’t suit my face at all. wont be going again

   Give up with this place, nails chip and you sit there for over a hour to get it mended.I had thick eye brows if they took all my eye brows off made them really thin after telling them I don’t want them thin.also ur sat waiting to long for tint or wax, I paid for my nails soaked off and they left half of it on my nails.gave them chance after but will never go back now.

   Came in to have eyebrow tint and manicure. Was spoken to awfully and informed there was a two hour wait. There was three people waiting and was told I was better going somewhere else. Will never ever return, shame as I have been coming here for years. The ladies attitude was so poor and I felt very uncomfortable being spoke to like that infront of other people.

   I got eyelash extensions done here on Friday. It is now only Tuesday and they have came out. They have fallen out in clumps. I paid £15 for them to last 4 days. I wouldn’t recommend getting eyelash extensions here. To be honest I do want my money back as it was a waste of money.
