Went in to look for some trainers i asked "do you have these in a larger size" the lady i asked said NO and walked away really disappointed with the customer service. This was schuh is Doncaster Frenchgate her name was Francesca worst customer service will not be returning.

I was served today by a lovely staff member named Morgan, she went above and beyond to help me, despite it being such a busy time of year, she was really friendly and helpful and an absolute credit to the company.
Great service by Demi and her team. Really took the time to ensure I was happy with my shoes and when I realised a few days later, they where the wrong size was happy enough to swap them! Demi had even remembered my name. Great customer service.
I went in with my little girl to purchase some shoes. Both the assistants were so attentive, polite and helpful. They helped with picking the right style of shoe and fitted them to my daughter's feet, this made my daughter very happy. It was so refreshing having such decent behaviour from them, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this store and would advise anyone to shop there, their service is excellent!!
