   This is the third pair of shoes I’ve sent to be refurbished by Richard at the Shoeroom and I’ve been beyond delighted every time. True craftsmanship and attention to detail, the come back absolutely gleaming having had a hand polish. tThis pair look much better than a pair I sent back to church’s for refurbishment which I really regretted and cost a fortune. Never again - I will always use The Shoe Room. One of the other pairs I sent previously was my RM Williams craftsman and again Richard did a superb job. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

   I have been coming to see Rich and Michelle for a few years now. We pop in even if we don’t ‘need’ anything although we invariably walk out with something. There is NEVER any pressure to buy anything and always a warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. I will not go anywhere else for shoes. You guys are the best and we love you!

   We had a lovely experience here last Sunday, choosing my partner's wedding shoes. The couple in the shop were so helpful and patient and explained all the different types of shoes to us. A really relaxed, no-pressure environment. We will definitely be back in the future. Also, a lovely coffee - thank you!

   The Shoe Room in Doncaster is excellent. First class customer service. Talked for ages about my gait, completely different size feet, insoles, shoe making. I'm not going anywhere else for shoes. I've never had shoe shopping experience like it. Richard has a genuine interest in making sure the customer is both happy and getting what they need and want from the purchase. You won't regret a visit.

   Attentive, knowledgeable staff whom can't do enough to ensure you find what you're looking for in the correct size and fitting. Even offering a beverage to potential customers. Sadly the day I attended the main owners where on holiday but their choice of stand ins helped me to no end. I did not purchase some boots on this visit but I will be back to buy a pair soon. Thanks guys looking forward to my return

   Fantastic experience of shopping from here, I wanted to buy online at first but called them to ask a couple of questions and Mick helped me out and I made my purchase over the phone, I’ve managed to purchase a beautiful Fairfax & Favor bag that was sold out everywhere and had it in my hands the very next day. Absolutely first class experience and I would highly recommend them.

   Brilliant experience once again, Michelle was so attentive and helpful, we did not see Richard today. She knows her stock and is knowledgeable about the fit of every shoe she sells. Both Michelle and Richard make you feel very special when visiting the shop, even if not buying. Nothing is too much trouble.

   Michelle and Richard are amazing. They are always willing to go the extra mile to give fantastic customer service and after care. I love the products they stock and wouldn't go anywhere else now. They give a great shopping experience that's second to none and have the customers needs in mind rather than just filling the till unlike the bigger stockists. Well worth travelling to.
