Disgraceful behaviour toward my daughter wanting shoes for my granddaughter. She was told they were too busy to measure granddaughters feet if not buying shoes! That's why they were there! They weren't busy, the woman at the till just stood leaning on it! After buying shoes there for 28 years, never again. Zero star rating.

Been using this shop for nearly 30 years for daughter and grandchild. Collected valuable loyalty points along the way. Now they tell me my loyalty card has been destroyed in store as a new system is now in use. The salesperson said it had expired but there was no expiry dates.
