   If you order online for click and collect and you actually receive your item then go and get a lottery ticket!! I ordered about 2 years ago from online and never received my item then so I’ve always stuck to either Vinted or other stores but thought I’d give a try and order myself a montirex jacket and what a suprise haven’t received my item they’ve shipped it through evri which are a useless company and are known for losing parcels and I ordered on Friday for same day delivery it’s now Thursday and all throughout the week it just says my parcels out for delivery everyday the same thing and I’ve looked into it and people that have had the same issue have had there parcels lost. Got no bad words for the store just the online service is shit I’d avoid using online orders.

   Last 2 times i have shopped very poor service, waited 25mins to get service on trainers , the young boy was busy chatting up girls giggling, shop ran by children .. avoid.

   Brought nike max training pants and within the first couple of times waring them band snapped and the pocket stitching has came out meelaning where my right hand pocket should be is a massive hole, jd refused to acknowledge or compansate. I have used jd for years but over this last year the quality and durability of clothes is shocking and the customer service is practically zero, i will no longer be using jd period.

   Made the 1 hour 30 trip down after school to collect a pair of the black and white dunks for my sister . They refused to serve it me because I asked for 1 size bigger originally so they’d fit her better . I’m now out of pocket for the journey and left without my shoes . Staff are also vile and gave me disgusting looks . As a 15 year old school buy I’m disgusted Hope you can have a chat with your staff about basic manners Thanks

   Ordered an item well over a month ago been trying to get a refund ever since. Seems to be a common issue with this company - poor customer service and items never arriving. Additionally, it tends to be overpriced and lacks much range of brands in store. I would not recommend this store/company.
