I brought my friend here to do her nails and pedicure, the staff here are very professional, talk to customers, happy and friendly. I really like it and will come back here
Brilliant as always :-) Always a friendly welcome they make conversation and know how to make you feel comfortable. Had acrylic infill with colour design and as always was perfect and were happy to change anything I wasn’t happy with. Also had the spa pedicure with colour gel and my feet feel and look amazing as they do everytime I have my appointment here. All staff are friendly and smiling even when they are busy they make sure while your waiting your okay. Will be only ever have my nails done here as does both my daughters and my friends. They are great when me and my two friends come in and they have a laugh with us and join in the conversation. I highly highly recommend :-)
Nailed it! Picture doesn't do the colours justice. I showed a photo to Linh of what I wanted with chrome and glitter nails and she fully understood the assignment. Linh was so friendly and gentle and took her time to find the exact shade of glitter and mix that I needed. I love how they came out! Classy nails are still open in Stretford Mall and I would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Booked a last minute appointment on a Sunday afternoon. My nails (all natural) has gel polish on and hadn't been done in 3 weeks! The speed and accuracy of the nail technician was excellent.
The only nail salon I will get my nails done. My nails never lift or break and can often go at least three weeks between in-fills. My nails are natural looking; not thick and wide the way some other nail salons do them. What ever design I want, they always nail it! ;)
Very Disappointed, not going here again. I have been to the shop a couple of time and felt nice when a different lady was doing my nails. But I am not going there anymore from the experience I had today. The owner lady was very rude. I was asking the prices for different designs and she looks like she was getting annoyed. She has doubled the price of my nails which I have done previously from the same shop at cheaper rate. The staffs concentrate on chatting and gossiping more than their work. Very unprofessional, speaking in their own language and sounds like they are commenting about the customers. Worst customer service I ever had, this is why the shop is always very quiet.
