   Lovely staff and atmosphere, but I'm not happy with the nails. I only noticed that upon leaving the salon, my nails look like they have been grown out for 2 weeks. Shame I won't go back now personally, but I still recommend it and go see for yourself. I think the cuticles needed to be pushed back, and the Polish needed to more towards the nail bottom.

   I’ve been going to Nail Art for acrylics for years now. Always friendly faces and a lovely environment if you want an hour or so of pamper time. Very accommodating and each person knows what they’re doing. They make sure to prep your nails to avoid any damage. Prices are very reasonable.

   I have been going to Nailart for a long time for both acrylic nails and pedicures. The staff there are lovely, friendly and the service is great. I've never had a bad experience there and the quality of the nails is perfect. I have always been happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon.

   Efficient service & my nails lasted well. Downside for me was the nail counter and accessories where I sat had a lot of dust on them which is a shame as it’s the only thing that puts me off going back.

   I am extremely upset and disappointed. The Vietnam lady, who is the boss of Altrincham Nail Art ripped me off today. I am so sad that I paid them to ruin my nails . I told the lady that I don't like the outcome of my nails straight after I paid for it. It looks very ugly. Of course, I wish to pay for beautiful nails. But unfortunately it was ugly and disgusting. The Vietnam boss said that if I wanted an extension instead she will charge me the full price again, and will not refund the money that I just paid them. What an extremely bad customer service that they provide. They don't take responsibility for the disgusting job that they did. They don't care about your feelings. They just want your money. After they removed the nail job after my request to do so. The went ahead and filed the gel off. It's clear that they haven't received the proper training to do nails. Initially, my nails were already thin. And after the terrible nail job they were even thinner from the filing. But to remove the gel they took with the gel, another layer of nail! My nails are painful and nonexistent now. This Altrincham Nail Art has no regard for the health and safety of their clients and customers!
