I had a great experience shopping at Office. Divya was so kind and helpful throughout the process, and she made everything feel really easy. Thank you, Divya, for making my visit such a positive one!
A mixed bag, one member of staff was clueless, we heard a lady ask for a shoe horn and she may have well have asked in French, just greeted with a blank expression. There was a man though wearing a bandana who was really helpful. Got what we went in for anyway
Not good for women's size 8 shoes: went in on a very busy day, staff were run off their feet. Assistant looked at the two shoes I had to try on and immediately informed me they would not come in a size 8, saying very few styles come in size 8. I've since checked and you can purchase size 8 in those shoes from Office online. They clearly just don't stock size 8 in store - or she didn't know they did, but also didn't check stock - so it's not worth browsing there if that's what you need.
Plenty of people in the store and only 1 sales person, same person even for the cashier. Poor lady at the store that she doesn't get more people hire to help her.
I had a terrible experience at this store. Customer service is very very bad. Manager is very rude not responding properly to any one of the queries.
Good if you need a pair of generic shoes but no much of a selection
The shop assistant that served me today in the Cambridge store was named Luke. He was very polite and helpful. The shop was very clean and spacious
Noteworthy only for being exceptionally unremarkable, or rather, remarkably unexceptional. It stands out only for being mundane. A shining example of a lackluster shoe shopping experience. Nothing to write home about. Sadly
Really good service, staff were very helpful. Even though the shop were busy they came and attended us and gave us the correct sizes and good advice. Feel like the reviews here doesn’t reflect the service since people tend to leave a reviews only when they have a complaint not an appreciation . But honestly say I had a good experience shopping there! Loving my new shoes. Thanks for Robin and the other lovely lady who served me which I forgot to ask the name.
