   I don’t leave reviews on Google, but wanted to add my two pence. I was a little sceptical after reading some recent reviews. I’m also very particular about my nails as I do a good job at home doing them myself. The ladies were lovely, atmosphere great and my nails are honestly fab. It’s a really nice nail bar. Yes it’s not a spa, but you’re in Swinton not the Hilton. It’s clean and the price was very competitive. I’ll be going back.

   I wanted to warn you about the Nail Studio salon in Swinton. The acrylic nails were done very poorly. They hurt when touched, so I decided to take them off. It turned out they couldn't even take them off because they were rough and filed down to the skin in some places, so thin that now it hurts after another treatment at this salon. What's more, the girls who work there are very unfriendly, especially the manager. I definitely don't recommend it. If you want to have your nails done, go to another salon. It's clear that your nails won't grow back quickly, but I want to warn girls to avoid this place for your own good. Best regards.

   Had my nails done last minute to go on holiday. When I got home I realised that my 2 middle fingers were wonky however it was to late to go back as they would have been closed. TBH I could have lived with a wonky nail , however when I got on my early morning flight the next day at 6am I realised that the gel colour was all lifting and bubbling at the edges. I paid £26 for a refill and colour which is a competitive price however I now need them redone whilst on holiday. I’ve not even had 12 hours out of these nails. I rang the studio to ask for a refund however they refused saying they could only offer me a re colour when I returned from holiday. I said this was not acceptable as I would have pay for a new set on holiday and I wouldn’t want to change the colour if I was happy with them as they could mess them up again and would not offer a full refill at a time that suit me which is what I paid for originally . Anyway they refused to refund me even when I said I would send the pictures. The photos attached make them look good compared to the reality. They are a total mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If they had offered a refund I would have accepted that someone was just having an off day however the service is totally unacceptable. People work hard to pay for these services and your business seem to find it acceptable to take people’s money and not rectify their mistakes. An absolute disgrace. This is sad as I like to support local businesses.

   Go to place in Swinton! Girls are so fun and lovely. Always happy to do any nail art and design. Nails are always perfect. They’re the brow queens also!
