AWFUL, my two daughters wanted their nails done for their holiday so I agreed. They charged me £70 for the smallest childs nails and after 6 days a few of them pinged off. The worst part is they had a dog that belonged to the owners which bit me, only after I stroked the dog did they say be careful it bites!!! Absolute shambles never again!!!
This is usually my go to place for pedicures as in the past they've been done really well. However, my most recent visit this week was no where near the expected standard. It was a different lady who did the Luxury Pedicure, and I understand that the salon was busy (near Bank Holiday) however, she rushed through the treatment. When I tried to tell her she would just speak to another man in Chinese, and he would talk to me, even though she could speak English which I found quite rude. I'm still left with hard skin on my heels and when I left the salon I noticed bits of foot scrub residue still on my legs- not impressed!
Avoid if you want to be made feel uncomfortable especially if you’re already socially anxious. Nails were okish but the customer service was deplorable. I had a cough due to recovery from a recent surgery. The workers were talking amongst themselves in their ‘language’ as if they weren’t speaking English when asking me what service I required. Some short bald guy was the rudest of all, literally belted out so the whole salon to hear that I have very sweaty hands (something I have no control over as it’s hereditary). Mind you, the led lamp was spitting out hot air and the salon wasn’t the coolest. That’s definitely my first and last time there, never again!
