   Amazing service professional lady nice and quiet atmosphere. Customers are recommended make just an appointment so no waiting time. Brilliant who likes to be not rushed by other customers waiting already. Love the system in this salon. Visited many of nail salons around the Salford but this one I find as a best one. Thanks a lot for your patience, time and nice relaxing atmosphere ❤️ love to come back here anytime.

   I've been coming to Glossy Nails for over 2 years for gel nails and eyebrow wax and tint. The owner Kim is so kind and funny, she always does a lovely, professional job, and her prices are very reasonable. There's a million gel colours to choose from, I get a different one every time. I have sensitive skin and the eyebrow wax she uses is very gentle and doesn't burn me like other places I've been to. Kim is appointment only which is great because you get seen on time. She also makes a lovely cup of tea!

   Kim is an amazing lady I been going here for years !!! She done all my nails and feet and eyebrows. I feel like a new woman when I come out !!!! I have brilliant banter with this lovely lady and her family, I wouldn't go anywhere else 5 stars plus!!!!!! prices are really reasonable and I always book in never an issue, place is always spotlessly clean !! This lady works very hard thank you so kim xx

   Honestly i had high hopes with the reviews but i wasn’t impressed. I had full set with acrylics french tip and after looking closer the nails are uneven (different lengths and shapes) and not a nice almond shape. I didn’t see anything being sanitised and for the price i’m not happy with these. No proper nail prep was done either, cuticles wasn’t cut and still left some old acrylic on the nail before applying new set. Would not recommend Following your reply, i did not complain about you fitting the tip onto my broken nail, i was simply asking if it would affect the regrow for asking about my aftercare for my own education. Yes i was happy at first but after a closer look they are uneven and i will add a photo for this. You yourself was very friendly and no complaints there. its unfortunate that this may not portray your best work but i find it highly unprofessional that you have refused me future service rather than trying to fix the issue.
