   I WAS a loyal customer of Diamond nails returning every 3 weeks, however after today’s experience I will not be returning. Since the new owners have taken over the staff have changed. The lady was rude to me and very nasty when I asked if she could just touch up one of my nails as she had missed the paint off the side of my nail. I had infills and I was very polite in asking if she could just add a little bit of colour on one of my nails that she’d missed. She replied with “why didn’t you tell me before?! To which I replied I didn’t see it until you asked me to check my nails . She then proceeded to push and shove my hands in annoyance and twisting my wrist (it hurt)and said they will chip in no time. I replied politely again saying I was only asking for one nail to be done. At the end she told me to go wait at the desk so that her daughter could sort the bill for me. She didn’t want to do it for me. However after waiting both her and her daughter came over to me. I paid by card and she didn’t even acknowledge or look at me. A very rude woman with zero customer service skills. I understand we all have bad days but this was the third time she had spoken to me in a disrespectful manner on 3 different occasions and today was the final straw. I never complain but today really upset me to the point I could have cried. I will not be returning. On a side note- none of the equipment is cleaned in between clients either. No barbicide in sight to soak the tools and no handwashing in between clients.

   What a nasty experience! I have visited Diamond Nails a number of times over the last 5 years and the service had been good. ( think it is under new management) But, on Monday, 19th August I had the misfortune to be booked in for a full set of acrylics and pedicure with Ahn Tuan Nyugen were I was treated in such an aggressive manner. Soothing oils and creams, were slapped on and roughly massaged in and I was generally made to feel like a leper! Minimum eye contact through out, dismissive disinterested, except when it came to the bill. Clearly, I wasn't the "type" of client he was wanting to deal with. I know its a strong word but, I actually felt abused! The gentleman on reception was really kind and very apologetic but also clearly embarrassed. Other customers seemed OK with their service.

   Exactly what I wanted, very efficient service and lots of options given. Booked online which was really easy. They only take cash but there is a free machine in the shop directly opposite. I got extensions, biab and 10 x nail art. This photo is from 4 days and a whole wedding after getting it done, and it's lasted perfectly, extremely happy!!

   Tom has painted my nails black with fantastic hand painted gold snakes for Halloween. Just brilliant! Highly recommend this excellent nail bar. The best nail bar I have used in many years of nail work.
