   No nonsense great nails. Been going to Jess for some time and the shellac just does not ever peel! Always manages to squeeze me in last minute if needed. Would definitely recommend.

   Rude and aggressive woman did my nails.. I would never visit them again although they are local because she was so demeaning and derogatory and didn't seem in the least bit grateful for for my £30 for first time nails. this was the first time I had fake nails I wanted to make an effort for Christmas and for my job. I call to make an appointment and the lady seems rushed when I got there she had no time for me Rolls her eyes was sarcastic started ranting about me to her partner or male colleague in the shop in Chinese. I asked a look at the colour chart again because I wasn't sure about the red silver combination for Christmas and she said menacingly when you know what you want you come and get me and then she plonked herself down in front of me without moving. I couldn't believe how rude she was! maybe she didn't like my clothes? maybe she is stressed by the thought of another lock down? But there's no excuse to be so bloody rude I felt really intimidated but I've seen similar review reviews from year or more ago which I should have checked. I really didn't want to give her the £30 as she has no customer service skills at all she offered no advice when it was my first time with nails and acted like there was something wrong with me because I asked what the difference was between square and round nails when she asked which I wanted? I didn't see any samples to judge from She offered no guidance on what what would look good for Christmas and I ended up with with three or 4 silver glitter nails with the ring finger being read glitter however they do like a bit cheap and I was hoping for something more artistic. At one point I jumped because I felt the electric file hurt the skin on one finger and without looking up she said" just relax and you won't get hurt"!!!. I called up to arrange an appointment at 1:30 on Friday and told her I needed to leave by 2:45 at the latest she said it would be 45 minutes or so but it took over an hour h and a quarter so on.top.of feeling abused and worthless I was late picking up my children from school. She said she would book me for 130 not too because didn't want me to be late I mean these people don't even say bye or see you again because they probably no they weren't I seriously cannot understand her weird attitude I'm giving two stars rather than one as the nails at least have stayed on and I don't seem to have any problems. however they do look chunkier than other people's I've seen The next night and in the morning my thumbnails were really sore because they had taken off some skin or clipped around the edges of My Thumb nails and I was worried about it but they have calmed down since then and the nails stayed on for me... never again

   I popped in for a walk in appointment and they were able to see me straight away - great service and love my nails! Booked in for a pedicure and will definitely be returning!

   Appalling customer service! In utter shock at the abusive language spoken by the female owner in front of my 7 year old daughter, who became upset & immediately wanted to leave. I had an appointment booked for a regular pedicure which was delayed by 30mins. When I questioned the delay, as I had to be back in time to pick up my son from school, the owner began to raise her voice. She explained she was running behind & made no effort to try & accommodate. During the rant, she became verbally abusive to which both her husband & I asked her not too. She offered no apology & instead said I could leave & go elsewhere. Of course, I will find another nail salon, however I wanted people to know no one should be spoken to like that. A real shame as her husband did an amazing pedicure

   Love Song nails! Jess is fantastic technician - perfectionist and listens to what you want. I’ve had gel nails done elsewhere and it comes off or chips very quickly - not when Jess does it. Highly recommended and the pedicure is the best ever!
