   I recently visited this salon for the first time. While the staff were polite, my overall experience was disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes late, which I understand was my fault; however, I was still charged for a pedicure that I did not receive. Additionally, the BIAB nail tip extensions were messy and did not reflect the quality I expected for the price. Unfortunately, the service was not worth what I paid.

   Unfortunately I was very disappointed when attending the salon. There was little to no interaction and I felt rushed throughout, some girls were pleasant enough but when you consider the amount of money you’re spending and the type of customer service expected its just not great. I would rather not feel like someone’s doing me a favour and I’m inconveniencing them by being there. I had a hair appointment straight after and when I mentioned my experience and disappointment a couple of people told me they’d experienced the same treatment. Such a shame, I was hoping to go back as it looked like a really nice place on IG. Pedicure was alright I guess, manicure, I wish I hadn’t bothered.

   Music was ridiculously loud and when I mentioned it, she just laughed. Whilst pleasant enough, her uniform looked filthy, covered in stains. Very little interaction . Nails OK. Not sure I'm their target market, which is fair enough.

   Hope is amazing and feel instantly comfortable in her salon! I'm really picky about nails but they do them really good. Especially the gel, very few places last longer than two weeks but hers do
