   My partner purchased a new pair of boots from this branch at the East Midlands Outlet. Although they appeared to be in perfect condition, on the second day of wearing them—during a short 10-minute walk to her office—the strap on one side of one boot broke and could not be repaired. I contacted customer service to ask how I could return the faulty item and get a replacement by post, but they responded to me that it was not possible and I should return it to the shop, or call the shop directly. The same number listed on Google was never answered, so I had to waste another day making another unnecessary trip back to the outlet. When I arrived and explained the issue, the manager laughed off my concerns, said that the number on Google was wrong, but then admitted that they don’t answer it. She did not even apologise for the inconvenience caused or the poor customer service. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no understanding of the situation. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this shop or this designer product — the strap broke within two days of use! Neither the quality of the product nor, more importantly, the attitude of the sales team was appropriate for a brand that should value its customers.

   Slight problem - Wrong shoe given at purchase. Mistakes happen I stupidly did not check until I arrived home over 200 miles away. Contacted the store following morning, Explained what had happened. They arranged a courier to collect wrong shoe following day, Store Contacted me to say the wrong shoe was received back at store & correct one posted out to me. Shoe arrived today as promised. All I can say is ALL of the staff I have dealt with were wonderful to deal with. Rectified an error without any inconvenience to me. Friendly service including DPD courier and now a great pair of shoes.

   I love the outlet shop as RRP can be very pricey but in sales and offers you can get some amazing deals. I always make sure to visit during the holidays for some bargain prices.

   Bizarre selection of footwear here. Some nice stuff and some odd pieces. Wide range of prices too. Go if you're looking for something a bit different!
