Got my nails done almost a week ago she rushed them and now I’m left with nails like this 6 days in. I paid 40 pound and they are rushed and already snapping This is not acceptable do better!!!!!!!

The best place to get nails! they are so friendly and professional me and my best friend came here to get out nails done and we wanted to match nails and they were very patient with us, they were supposed to close at 6pm and they stayed with us till 6.45! we are in love with our nails thank you so much especially Emely
A nail technician, her name is Emel Mir, recently joined this company and is absolutely super! She is very skilled when it comes to doing nails and she’s a perfectionist! She puts the client first and ensures they feel absolutely happy with certain choices for how the nail looks eg the nail colour, shape etc. I really recommend that if you come to this salon, you request to see her! What’s more, she’s a very kind and warm person. Really can’t recommend her work enough, if you see her you will be happy with the job she does!
would give no stars if I could. out of date products and TERRIBLE staff and customer service. Especially the owner, very rude and doesn't listen to you. got my nails done last week and 2 have fallen off but they charged me £4 each nail to repair! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
I came here because I had previously got acrylics and infills in another city but had snapped one of my nails. I asked for a replacement nail and change of colour but the woman was unsure on the price and kept adding so I paid like £16 overall. She didn’t shape my nail (coffin) much similar to the others so it was noticeably different, and the acrylic was applied bumpy. Also, there wasn’t much colour option so I asked for a thin layer of gold glitter, which is not what I got. She also left acrylic that had dried on to my skin by the nail, which you can see in the picture! I feel like the girl was training so I understand that it’s not always going to be perfect but considering I can get a better job done for only £5 in other nail salons is not great!
Went here on many recommendations from my colleagues and I am not disappointed! Amazing attention to detail and the best nails I've had done! Bargain and had same-day appointments available.
