I visited this place for the first time around noon, and I was lucky to find it empty. The restaurant was clean with no unpleasant smells, and the calm background music created a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered a meal that included a kebab, fries, and a drink (photos attached below). Everything was delicious! I enjoy medium spiciness, and the flavors were spot on. Although some of the sofas were a bit worn, it’s understandable for a location in central London. Overall, I had a great experience — the food was tasty, the place was comfortable, and I left feeling full and satisfied.

Mutating the street food kebab into a fast food chain is impressive and this particular one has taken over Europe. The price to quality ratio is very fair and is great for budget travelers and kebab lovers alike. I just got the kid’s meal as Th e actual kebab was too large, I was not too hungry. The food came fast, as expected and to e service was up to par with other fast food chains out there.

Had a lovely service from Afsa when ordering and also greeted us when we first walked in, food was prep promptly and with care. She asked us if there was anything she could do for us. Great overal service.

Poor customer service & more sitting required : I was visiting with a guest last weekend (29/6/24) during lunch, very busy, somehow managed to place order via smart screen . No sits available. Approached a female colleague making query about sitting while basement sittings were closed, she replied - it’s not convenient for colleagues to keep it open. I was surprised. Asked politely- we have ordered food and no place to sit. She pointed out a private seating which is already occupied and wants us share with a stranger. Most weird reply & experience ever. Again asked the reason of keeping basement closed, colleague lied about maintenance work & then no logical reply however insisted us again to share same private sitting with a stranger. More awkward - one of the sitting was occupied by someone (security /colleague/customer not sure) who was sleeping there. Colleagues are not too bothered about customers comfort. I didn’t know what to say. Asking Management’s attention. Kindly look into this. Your colleagues require more training & customer services training.

German Doner Kebab offers great value for money with its delicious and affordable menu. While the beef I had wasn't cooked to perfection, it was still acceptable considering the price. The sauce was amazing and elevated the flavor of the dish. Service was also top-notch, especially by Kavya who made the dining experience even better. All in all, I'd give German Doner Kebab a 3-star rating for its affordability and tasty food, with room for improvement in the cooking of the beef.

Best kebabs out there in my opinion. The kebabs hit different after a few pints as well. The sauces you get in the kebabs and with the chips are what separates them from the rest. Elite. Not to mention that waffle bread. Pictured is the 'Boss box' which has a kebab, drink, chips and a side (chili cheese nuggets in this case) + 3 sauces for £13ish.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fast and efficient. Chicken kebab was juicy. Spring rolls were crispy but lacking flavour. Fries were crispy. Wrap was a bit floppy but not a big deal. Found a chicken bone inside but didn’t notify staff because to me things like this common (proves real chicken parts were used!)

Service was good. Although they were keep forgetting items in order but fixing it quickly. Donor was fine just like any other donor place. Somehow meat quantity was less as compared to other places.

Their portions get so small that I first thought the bag was empty. Have a look at the photo what they give for £6.99. previous 2 times were exact same. But I still thought may that's me not really lucky. But 3 times in a row doner gets smaller and smaller. That's enough, this place doesn't exist for me any more. Can't fault the staff though, they are nice and polite.

Ordered for several times during the last period extra meat, it should be 240 grams of meat instead of 140 grams as regular size, the meat inside was 118 grams, even less than the regular size! Complained several times before reviewing, this is the result of the past complaints. Ridiculous
