   After I left work I wanted to eat something cheap, under 10£. I was walking home and I decided to visit doner kebab as I was passing by. I usually have vegetarian kebab but today I wanted to have something else. As I went inside there was one girl on the shop floor helping someone. I was placing my order. As I paid I was waiting close to the counter. I was told to sit and I will be called when my order is ready. When passing my food the staff member forgot to add the extra sauce I paid for. I asked for it. There were 2 people in the kitchen making food. They seemed very nice and they were smiling. I wasn’t thanked or told to enjoy my meal or anything like that when I was given my meal. Staff could have been more friendly. I enjoyed my food. The veggie burger was good. I am not a big fan of GDK fries. I also ordered mild curry ketchup and I didn’t really like this sauce. The place is very big and clean and well organised. There is plenty of space to sit. The decor is quite nice. I might be back there soon as I enjoyed my food and the prices are very reasonable. In general good experience.

   Rima was super friendly and welcoming while serving at the till. She made the experience even better. The German Döner was really tasty too – fresh, flavorful, and tasty. Great service and good food!

   Their food has been pretty good for the past few months. Now they seem to be slacking. The last order I placed, I ordered plain fries and mixed kebab. They sent kebab with salad and Cheese all over the fries. I am allergic to cheese and I could not eat the food. I was so frustrated cause I was hungry. I tried to get through to them on the phone but couldn't. I tried to get a refund from Deliveroo and had to chase them down to get my money back.

   It was midnight of 14th december 2024 when i ordered the veggie meal for 2 from the app. upon received around 1am and had MEAT in it! I am particularly allergic to meat and eggs, so i had to take medication that night and rush ti a&e next morning. I tried to reach out to the restaurant and it was closed. couple days later on 17th december i lodge a complaint from the appliance, no one responded! I tried following up the next day with an agent and they were super rude and mentioned they will check with manager. Nobody as usual got back. 23rd of december i tried contacting again, yet i was told the manager is still working on it. Today, on 28th december, i called the store and the lovely manager named Lavanya was rude to me on call and didn’t want to mention her name until asked for atleast 5 times, being a manager herself just offered me a free meal!! what about the pain i had to go through?!! HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

   It's a really good concept and the food is good. But the customer service is zero. No interest in customers. Please guys, train your staff to look better after us. It's not only about just taking the money.

   My husband said was the best kebab he had in his whole life! Just came to say that.. My burger was fine, nothing spectacular because was the doritos burger, just cheese, no salad… but was tasty and soft.

   This place deserves 10x as many customers as it gets. The food is good, the staff are polite, the tables are clean and they serve mango juice. Nothing like your average kebab shop.
