   Came here a few times, and the food and service had been amazing. But yesterday was a bit shocking as I paid £6 for a German Doner Panini, and it hardly had any Doner chicken in it. Most of it was cheese, sauce and bread. There was so little doner in it that it tasted like a cheese toast. I actually introduced GDK to one of my colleagues that hardly ever eats out, and he came across the same issue with his panini. It puts a bad name to the company overall. The doner that they put in it looked burnt too, so it was very disappointing. The place looks amazing though, and it’s very well kept (clean and tidy).

   My recent trip to GDK was a bit disappointing. I had the OG Beef Kebab which was quite dry and pretty flavourless considering I had ordered the extra sauces as well. The restaurant is clean and the staff and friendly and helpful which made the experience overall alright. Nice variety of tables and seats to sit down which is always great in a kebab shop.

   Our recent experience at German Doner Kebab in Streatham was extremely disappointing. Despite requesting extra meat, the kebab we received was smaller than their standard portion. Moreover, it was served cold, completely lacking the desired warmth and freshness. Shockingly, the kebab contained only one type of salad, which was a far cry from the variety we expected. Regrettably, this is not the first time we have encountered such issues at this location. Out of the six times we dined there in the past few months, four of our visits were complete failures. In stark contrast, we have never encountered any problems at the Fulham branch, where the customer service is exceptional, and the food quality is consistently top-notch. In light of our experiences, we strongly advise against visiting the Streatham branch of German Doner Kebab. The inconsistent portion sizes, cold food, and limited salad options make it an unsatisfactory choice for anyone seeking a delicious and enjoyable dining experience. In summary, we cannot recommend this establishment to anyone based on our negative encounters. We sincerely hope that the management addresses these issues and improves the overall quality of their offerings at the Streatham location.

   I’m surprised at the amount of negative reviews. Our experience was pretty good. It’s not like a Turkish lamb doner we have here. The bread is crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle and the meat is beef. I thought that the amount of meat served was fair. There’s a familiarity in the appearance of the wraps and the taste was nice. It’s a shame that the sauces are separate and chargeable. My preference leans towards shawarma or good Turkish kebabs smothered with house made chilli sauce but I didn’t think this was bad.

   Food poisoning. I had order a good meal and next day I was with abdominal pain and chills the whole day. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE They are not following the health and safety regulations. Worst place to eat Kebab. Staff untrained and they don't care at all.

   Ordered as a delivery and was disappointing. The order came suspiciously quickly (about 10 minutes after ordering) - Weighed the normal box and the "extra large box", both exactly 300g - Missed special sauce - Missed spicy seasoning Meat and chips were greasy in a bad way. Won't be ordering again

   When I visited this establishment I ate in and ordered a Boss Box, which contained a mixed meat kebab, a portion of cheesy bites (you can have 2x kebab spring rolls instead-also good), a little portion of chips a drink and 3 sauce pots for £10. It was tasty, filling and value for money. I will be going back again.
