   Very poor service. Very rude. The owner is a horrible person. Should not be in cheadle with a bad attitude like that. Awful nails. Use the grinder to grind down your nails till they hurt. No food nail prep. Low selection of colour. Very rushed

   Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Booked an appointment for 3.30 and on the phone told them I had work and they assured me I’d be finished by 4.15…. Waited 15 mins while they are finishing walk ins, to be told it will be another 10/15 minutes. Leaving 15 mins for a full set with gel? Impossible. Had to walk out and now can’t have nails done for an important event!

   Horrible and very rude owner Jennifer, terrible atmosphere disgusting customer service and poor quality work. Unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go next door to the happy place with the three lads. Great atmosphere amazing work and excellent customer service.

   I used to go here regularly out of convenience however I will not be returning for a number of reasons! Please avoid, terrible customer service, booked an appointment, and still waited over an hour, with no apology, rude staff, messy toe nails that I have to clean up with a nail file after and they do not wear gloves! Felt humiliated last time I went and I will not be returning they have lost a good customer!

   I would give zero star if I could. I had an appointment to remove my gel polish and asked for a regular nail polish paint. The owner said they didn’t have regular nail polish so I looked at the wall and pointed out that I see that they did have regular nail polish and she goes “well I’m just not going to do your nails”. I asked why, she said because it will take too long to dry. It didn’t make sense since me waiting for my nails to dry would affect her because she wouldn’t be waiting with me. I told her I would be off to the side waiting and kept ignoring me. I asked her again if she would do my nails and she wouldn’t acknowledge me or answer me directly. And kept asking why she wouldn’t do my nails and she kept saying “I just don’t want to do them” . She was very rude and I wouldn’t Recommend going there at all. I went to “the happy nails” right around the corner and they took me in right away and were so nice and welcoming. They did an amazing job on my nails and were very friendly. I recommend going there instead.
