   not happy, I payed to get acrylics and some of the acrylics are bigger than my actual nail. I am going on holiday soon and i am appalled. I decided to go here because it was the nearest nail shop to me at the time which i will not be going back to because some nails are already lifting up when it’s only been 4-5 days.

   Absolutely lovely time at this nail place. Very welcoming and kind!! I came in asking for a removal after having a poorly done job at another shop, they were very understanding and helpful. Ensured we were both aware of what I wanted before starting and made sure I was happy throughout the process. Took good care of my nails, ensuring they looked clean, fresh and professional and the gel was flush up to the cuticle, cuticles were trimmed and cleaned up to ensure this. I would definitely recommend, and I will be going back again and again.

   I have been going to Hollywood nails for over 10 years now. The first time I went in at 17 Kim was really lovely and put me at ease. Since then I have gone once a month every month. They are always super friendly and honest about whether or not the nail polish I have chosen is any good or if it will last. Lee always does amazing designs for me and my mum. No design is too much and they are always fabulous. It’s always a reasonable price even for the amount of colours or designs I have. I cannot recommend Hollywood nails enough!

   I normally go to Hollywood nails to get my nails removed and or get gel. The gel pedicure always lasts 6 weeks before it starts chipping and this is one of the last places I've found that actually has reasonable prices. Whenever I do get my biab/gel removed my nails afterwards aren't in such a bad shape compared to other places where they soak in acetone to the point nails become brittle

   GF came in for nails, was told £20 at first, then a £30 price was mentioned in salon- before being told the end result was costing £50. This is actually theft and false advertising, and Trading Standards have been informed. Anyone else with similar experiences please also do the same. Avoid this place, if you don’t you’ll be sorry…

   Disappointing. Rude staff. The woman I think the owner argued she took shellac off my toe nails when I know full well it was regular polish as I painted them myself. The only saving Grace was the lady who painted them was nice, quiet but nice but I will not be back

   It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but after going to Hollywood nails over the weekend I have to give a honest review. I have been going adhoc on off for a few years, the service has always not been great, but when I went recently the main lady possibly owner was extremely rude to the point I wanted to walk out but they had already started, so aggressive in the way she spoke, she didn’t even let me pick my colours properly and rushed me literally shouting. Honesty I would NEVER EVER go here again, she drilled my nails so hard my nail beds physically hurt literally pulling at my hands, I’m seriously surprised that they have any customers considering how they speak to them, there are quite a few other nail salons locally that are cheaper and offer a way better service. So many customers have complained about her but doesn’t seem to care.
