   If I could rate 0 stars I would. For anyone seeing this please DONT USE THIS BUSINESS if you can even call them that. They are the biggest fraud/scam. Not only did I pay for my fridge and it didn’t come but then when we requested a refund they don’t answer their phone, they avoid you and they cuss you out on the phone. These people are very unprofessional who also sell faulty appliances. In addition they never tell you about the no refund policy they sell you their appliances then in secrecy write on the receipt “no refund exchange only and 8 weeks warranty ”. Which then they only write on a piece of paper. They don’t tell you any terms and conditions they just ask for you to pay in cash. Absolutely shocking place

   Unfortunately, bought a Hotpoint fridge in June 2023. The first day tripping out my electricity. Found out it was the fridge that was tripping my electric. Called store and the man came and just change the fridge location. And after a few days, the same tripped out electricity when I complain again about this issue the guy refused to take responsibility The guy says he can't do anything because the warranty was expired but this problem start from the first day We have now been told no refund and no replacement will be given. This shop is nothing more than a money-grabbing cowboy shop. 2

   Dodgy Company Selling Faulty Appliances, Refuse to come out and check, then claimed I damaged the gas oven, claim they don't have to give refund even with a full report of faults,when the consumer act 2015 says we're entitled to full refund, so now currently starting small calim against these cowboys. Hopefully they will be closed down very soon

   Ordered fridge and freezer online had a delivery confirmation of between 12 and 4pm next day. No sign of delivery after waiting in all day, called to see where delivery was, told they tried to call to confirm delivery and we did not answer so they didn't bother. We had no missed calls or messages on phone, they lie. DO NOT USE!!!!!

   Bought a American fridge freezer in December 2022. worked for a few days then kept tripping out my electric. Found out it was the American fridge freezer that was tripping my electric. Called store and all they were prepared to do until January 2023 was to loan us either a freezer or a fridge. They brought us a freezer to use over the Xmas time. The guy came today to collect the American fridge freezer, only to damage my door frame on the way out in a few places. The guy refused to take responsibility and then drove away with it in his van. The guy who picked it up says he was only the delivery driver, yet he was the guy who sold it to us last month. We have now been told no refund and no replacement will be given. This shop is nothing more than a money grabbing cowboy shop.

   Selling un-tested appliances vey dangerous Won't refund either if your appliance fails with in guarantee they will offer you exchange may not be same make and model as first one you bought, need to be reported to trading standards.

   This shop is a joke not even a 1*shouldbe given.. Our freezer stopped working after 72 hours.. We can't have a refund but can have a bashed up freezer.. Don't go to this shop.
