   My cooker had numerous problems with it and my 1 year warranty was coning to an end. ideally it would have been better for them to offer to replace however because i was happy with the purchase i would have preferred not to exchange with another cooker. Long story short, every time i called they turned within a week to assess and deal with the problem. Very happy with customer service. UPDATE: My cooker has now stopped working completely and was having numerous problems before hand. On the day my warranty finished they sent out a engineer to fix the problem! But now warranty has finished they are not willing to help. RUBBISH MANAGER

   I bought a SMEG oven from this company in March last year after six months it stopped working properly and we were without a cooker for Christmas. Eventually they sent out an engineer from the company. His attitude was rude and aggressive, telling it us it was working when it was clearly not. Eventually he accepted it was not heating up properly and replaced a part. It worked for a week, then stoped working again. When I contacted again, and said we had lost faith in this oven and wished for a replacement or a refund. I was told Mush said as were now nearly out of warranty he was not interested in helping us further. Beware of this company!

   Excellent prices. Lots of items.Friendly staff highly recommended. Only downfall is that there is only 2 parking spaces outside of shop which are supposed to be for disabled patrons which were both in use without a disabled blue badge in sight which meant I had to park on one of the side roads and walk to the shop. Apart from that definitely a shop to visit if your looking for household appliances

   Recently brought a tumble dryer from here was remarkably cheaper than the high street and was brand new and boxed. The service from the team was good and offered delivery to my home. Can't moan because the price was beyond good. Thank you will be coming again.
