We have purchased a number of appliances from AW over the years and we have never had any issues until recently. We purchased a Range cooker and have had nothing but problems with it. AW just kept directing us to the manufacture and after numerous repairs the cooker is still not working correctly. AW did send an engineer out to try and repair but he couldn't. A Faulty cooker still under warranty and AW just didn't want to know. Our new Range cooker from Curry's is great and more importantly the customer service is fantastic so wont be buying from AW again.
Very good customer service,showed me exactly what I was looking for...I purchased a big good cooker and fridge...the gentleman even asked me if I want the number for a gas engineer who will be able to install the cooker for me...when you buy cooker from curry or Ao they charge installation of cooker and recycling in total over £120 but this gentleman reduced the price for the cooker and fridge and also took My old cooker back free of charge. During these hard times we need to appreciate businesses like this that care about people.

I cannot fault these guys! I needed a washing machine and fridge freezer at short notice. Not only did they give me a great deal, but they also tried their best to give me a quick delivery. They managed to squeeze me in on the same day I bought the items!! I will definitely use AW outlet again. Thank you guys. You deserve every success
Couldn’t fault these guys…so helpful! They helped my mum when her fridge freezer packed in on the hottest day of the year! They delivered and fitted a new fridge freezer within an hour and even lent us a small fridge to use for 24hrs before the new one was ready for use. Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a new appliance. Thank you guys.
