   Excellent service throughout. Polite and not all aggressive in sales. Delivery prompt and fitting carried out without delay. We had several issues with the cooker which we chose and we had to take that up with insurers and manufacturers leading to a full refund from manufacturers. WME were supportive and sympathetic throughout and our chosen replacement cooker was delivered and fitted within one day, which was five days before Christmas ! Cannot criticise WME in any way and would happily use them again.

   If I could give a minus 100 stars I would. The customer service is fine until you hand over your money, then it disappears! I have been promised numerous call backs but have received none. If you have a faulty item, do not expect any help, just empty promises and plenty of lies. AVOID THESE COWBOYS AND EITHER SHOP ELSEWHERE OR IF YOU INSIST, BURN YOUR MONEY AS YOU WILL GET MORE SATISFACTION THAN PURCHASING FROM THIS SHOP!

   Looking for microwave to fit in kitchen not an easy job. Took measurements we ended up having 3 all with right dimensions but would not fit.. we took the 1st they said bring it back if doesn't fit exactly as one taken out. We ended up taking 3 all in all the 3rd fitted perfect. All I can say is Currys and the like have a long way to go for customer satisfaction. I had already purchased a washer last year. Needless to say this company will take some beating for polite staff more than ready to help but let you browse without bothering you. This store will be my go to for any electrical items we need. Thank you.

   Popped in store by chance at 1430 today. Greeted by staff, no pushy selling. Polite and friendly. I decided to purchase a tumble dryer. Great customer service, great price including delivery. Tumble dryer delivered 6 hours later. Again friendly and professional gents, respected my home. Unpacked new machine, put it in place, took packaging and old appliance with them. Couldn’t have asked for me. Thank you WME, I will be back. Amanda

   Very good experience with West Midlands Electrical Superstore I ordered a range cooker, the whole process was very swift and easy and when I needed to get in contact for questions (availability and others) I always managed to speak to a member of staff and get an answer in few minutes. Everyone was quite friendly and provided all the info I needed and more. The cooker would have been delivered literally 2 days after but the kitchen wasn't ready, so had to ask for a delay. Again, no problem with that, and all delivery details were verified and agreed. The item arrived as expected, properly packaged and in good conditions, and works a charm, a great addition to my new kitchen. Definitely very happy with the experience and will use the shop again.
