   I am currently in the process of planning our kitchen design with Broadway Kitchens, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention, and professionalism has been outstanding. Satt has been my designer and he has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire journey. He is incredibly patient, highly knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. No question has ever felt like too much trouble, and he has always taken the time to explain things clearly while offering thoughtful suggestions that really enhanced our ideas. His sense of humour has also made what could have been a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. Satt has truly listened to what I've wanted and has helped me bring my vision of a Victorian style kitchen to life, balancing period character with practical design perfectly.    Recommended by friends we contacted Broadway Kitchens initially just requiring a refit of the utility room. Satt came out to quote for which was a relatively small job for them. We then decided to also get a quote for the kitchen. The whole team at Broadway - Sat, Amo, Becky are friendly,helpful and professional.    I wish to add more to my previous review, the owner states that he does not know me. I have indeed never met the owner, but when I entered the shop, the staff didn’t show any interest at all when I asked about their kitchens. I got the feeling that they thought I couldn’t afford their kitchens, and seemed to then dismiss any questions I asked instantly. Please don’t judge a book by the cover. This is the reason I originally commented that I thought they were unprofessional. I have now spent £30k on a top quality kitchen with a company who wanted my business. Thank you

   When I met Satt and Sonny for the very first time it was a very professional approach. Right away they make you feel so comfortable and you can tell that you have chosen the right people. We had a few appointments with them to make sure that they were going to deliver your dream kitchen and they definitely did. We have heard so many horror stories about kitchen companies and how parts are missing and the kitchens don’t stand up to the test of time. From our experience with Broadway Kitchens it was a superior service from there team and there kitchens from start to finish.
