Very happy with the products but extremely shoddy fitting resulted in flooding and extensive damage - repair of course not covered (unless fitted less than twelve months before). Very disappointed.
We have had a new kitchen fitted. We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Ray was our designer. We had two face to face appointments with him plus telephone contact in between. We were very pleased with the design. Gareth was our surveyor. We had a face to face appointment with him and he advised in conjunction with Ray and ourselves of one change. Matt was our electrician who checked the capacity of the electrics for the new kitchen. He was also assisted by Andy. Darren was our fitter, who was assisted by George. Lawrence was our tiler, and Dave who did the flooring. Although, we had a choice, to choose our own tiler and person to do the flooring, it was great that Avanti did this all for us. Everyone was extremely professional and hard working and very easy to work with. Dates were given for the work and were kept too. We decided on Avanti to fit the new kitchen, as they had fitted our new bathroom, and we were extremely pleased with the result.

Service is diabolical..got appointment at 10am staff come in at 10:30..no opologies no sorry nothing..then shows me computer graph of the work..was told will get a price within 24hours..I am still waiting over 72hours later..then get a call from HQ saying hope you are happy with our service and the price we offered you..I say what price?..she says i will look into it.. Absolute shambles!!
