We went in to curry’s Ventura Tamworth to purchase a new Tv. A young gentleman called Will served us he was very knowledgeable answered all our questioned. Our Tv is amazing. People are quick enough to complain these days but not quick enough to say when they have a good experience. Thanks again Will.
The gentleman who served us I believe he was called Jas was excellent. He was knowledgeable listened to our needs and directed us to the right phone not trying to steer us to the most expensive. His honesty and helpfulness was superb. Highly recommended. Thank you Jas was a pleasure to meet you and deal with you.
Worst customer service place, didn't know and just said you need to ask someone whilst clearly not interested when we wanted assistance. Not the first time this happened at this store. They are conspicuous by their desire to avoid customers. Added to the tussle at checkout because we didn't want to give them personal details from a rude and abrupt manager at the till. Would I buy from Currys again? No I'd rather buy online and get better service from a computer or bot.
