   Contacted customer service more in hope after buying patio heater nine years ago. Phil was very helpful in assisting with trouble shooting. This is way more than I expected. Please read the other reviews carefully, as there is a company with similar name scamming people. These guys are genuine and are a pleasure to do business with. Can highly recommend.

   It is a scam. I have paid £230 for vaccum cleaner and they were delaying delivery, I filled return forms for refund but still not getting money or vaccum cleaner. I have been tried to contact but no response. Beware of scamming

   I had an issue with my calor gas heater, just before Christmas. I contacted them via email, they were absolutely great. I am very grateful to Jasmin & Phil. DPD picked up the heater on Monday. Today is Friday, Parcelforce have just dropped it off. Great people, great service

   I recently bought a new Lifestyle Infrared butane heater. Unfortunately the unit was slightly damaged due to incorrect packing (hence only 4 stars), but it works very well. When setting up the unit I needed some advice on a couple of points, and I can only say that the assistance from Technical Support was absolutely excellent.
