   Second time around to receive quite poor customer service. We walked into the salon and sat down, the staff saw us coming in but none of them greeted us or asked what we'd come in for. The lady then asked me after 10 minutes of us just sitting there what we'd come for. It was an upper lip wax which is at maximum a 1 minute job. She didn't tell us how long we would have to wait either. I had to ask her. I understand that you are very busy but it would be courteous to tell us how long of a wait it is, when you know that we are there for such a quick treatment. The last time we visited the salon we had to wait over 30 minutes for the same treatment that literally takes 1 minute to do! Last time we were never told either by any of their staff how long of a wait it would be. But I have noticed the staff telling their nail customers how long they would have to wait. I will not be returning here again, don't feel they value all their customers. Too long waiting times for quick treatments and no one greets you nor are they even bothered that you are there waiting ages for a 1 minute job. Ended up going to Leigh and where there are several places that will see you much quicker for an upper lip wax, and they make a better effort with their customers.

   Went to this shop after reading the reviews went and had my nails done and after one day nails coming up rang up to tell them and said I would have to pay to get them fixed plus one of the nails is bent will not be using this shop again
