I have been a client of this salon for many years. Although I always disliked that the place was not very clean, I continued returning because I was generally happy with how my nails were done. However, during my last visit about four months ago, the staff were unexpectedly rude. After being loyal to the salon for 6–7 years, I was disappointed and felt that my loyalty was not appreciated. Because of that experience, I left a negative review — not out of anger, but with the hope that the feedback would be taken constructively and used to improve their service. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the salon chose to react by cancelling my future appointment. Four months after the initial review, I attempted to book again, and although my booking was accepted, I received a message the next day stating that they would no longer take me as a client because of the review I had left. I find this response extremely unprofessional. A reputable business should be willing to acknowledge feedback, address concerns, and value long-term customers — not penalize them for sharing an honest experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year and have regularly recommended it to friends and family, so I’m really disappointed to be writing this review. At my recent appointment, I was suddenly told halfway through that there would be two additional charges — one for nail length and one for chrome. These extra fees were never mentioned upfront, either when booking or at the start of the service. The only reason the chrome charge came up at all was because another staff member interrupted my appointment. If she hadn’t, I would have left completely unaware that I’d been charged extra. This was especially frustrating because I’ve had the exact same length and design many times before without ever paying these additional fees. I even provided photo evidence to show this. When I raised my concerns politely, staff began discussing it in another language in front of me, which felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The manager then told me that I should have been charged in the past and that it was “not their problem” if I hadn’t been. She also claimed I “should have known” about the charges — which is unreasonable given that they’ve never been mentioned before. It felt like the manager was more interested in arguing than resolving the issue, continuing even after I said I would pay the extra fees but wanted to express my dissatisfaction. The way she handled the situation resulted in me leaving without the complete service I had clearly explained at the start of my appointment — and without the nails I wanted for my birthday weekend. I followed up with a written complaint, explaining everything clearly and calmly. Their response was defensive, included an unprofessional remark about me “treating them like a charity,” and offered no apology, resolution, or rectification. I replied again to clarify my position and provide further detail — but since then, I’ve received no reply at all. As a long-standing, paying customer who has consistently supported and recommended this business, I’m incredibly disappointed by both the way this situation was handled and the lack of care shown afterwards. Clear, upfront communication about pricing should be standard practice, and loyal customers deserve to have their concerns taken seriously — unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.

Disappointed with staff’s behavior. Actually really loved my nails and the staff was clearly experienced but they were rude and kept talking amongst themselves in Vietnamese clearly about me and complaining about what I was asking. Even though I had already been asked to send the design I wanted to do through instagram and they had responded saying it’s fine and how much it would cost. When I arrived it clearly hadn’t been comminuted with the staff and with whoever was going to do my nails so they ended up making me feel that everything that I was asking for was too much; even though I am there sat paying extra for the complicated design I was clearly asking for and had given them a heads up about. Again, I am happy with result and the person who seems to be the manager is lovely but the staff left me feeling uncomfortable and I wouldn’t go back again.

Every time I call to make an appointment they always say there’s nothing available even If I call right when they open. To call just for one thing and that’s just to soak off shellac they didn’t even have availability on a Tuesday. this is such a bad customer service team

Mixed feelings about this place. First time I used it I was so happy with the quality and the service. The lady that did my nails payed attention to what I wanted and was delicate with the manicure. Overall, very good quality. I was sure that I'll come back. Went second time and someone else did my manicure. She did not pay any attention to the detail at all. I had to ask to correct the shape of my nails few times (and they still look awful and uneven). She was rushing so much that she cut skin on my finger quite deeply for a manicure (when it was bleeding she didn't even say sorry. I asked if she has something to disinfect it, she said only once she finishes rest of the nails...Great hygiene standards... I'm disgusted and disappointed with the quality. I will definitely be looking for a different place as not keen on guessing if next time is going to be a good or a bad visit.

This is hands down the most incredible salon you will find!!!! Every set I get is better and better. No matter what artist I get they always do the designs I request with 100% accuracy, they have such a unmatched talent and patience. Everyone is super friendly and professional. The environment is always so clean and even after Covid all the restrictions and requirements were met without failure. I especially enjoy watching friends! I always get sooooo many compliments without fail and my nails last for weeks and weeks and my natural nails are super healthy even though I get acrylic. As long as you take care of your nails so will they!
