Graham took the time to show me all the different Milwaukee Packout items available to make sure I got all the right items, and even signed me up to "the club" saving me 5% on my purchases, and ensured the one item not available was delivered next day. All that and he also helped pack the car too. Thanks Graham, you're a credit to Toolstation and a gent.

   Excellent service here all the times I have come. Even went extra mile for me yesterday when my phone battery ran out leaving me stranded as I couldn't transfer funds. Guy behind till offered me to charge phone using his charger and saved the day. Very grateful for the time he give me and went the extra mile which is rare these days! Thank you :)
