   Went in store today with a request from our son's decorator to supply more paint for his project ( my son is on holiday) the paint needed mixing to a specific colour and all we had was a photograph of the label! We were served by Stacey who spent time and effort on the computer finding our exact specification. She was polite, helpful and friendly. Absolute excellent customer service. Thank you.

   for gardening needs, there is no doubt that b&q is one of the most complete places. from fertilizer to various types of pots they have. For the price it’s still quite affordable. b&q is one of the choices that I recommend for those of you who have a hobby of gardening like me.. All the staff are lovely and really nice☺️☺️

   Tried asking for help from multiple members of staff but to no avail, staff members were chatting together in the back corner. Asked for help from one member he says non of us are builders so we dont know. Same thing been happening for long time according to the other reviews.

   unfortunately a lot of B&Qs have closed and this one is the closest to me. Again unfortunately it has a lower stock level than others. while still quite large and has a decent builders yard the generic and more DIY aspect is somewhat basic compared to others

   Made a visit to B&Q Oldham to buy mdf sheets and needed them cut, bit of a puzzle how i wanted them cutting. Member of staff by the name of Fran asked how i wanted them cut she worked it out in a minute how best to do it. Fantastic service an absolute asset to B&Q. Thanks Fran

   Excellent service provided by Ash and his female colleague. Brought a kitchen cooker hobb, explained if it does not fit, it can be returned within 90days. Saved customer from a financial detriment as club card was introduced and voucher off offered. Great service. Keep it up. Thank you both.

   Only popped in for a new toilet seat ! but this B&Q seems very similar to others we've visited. Worth driving a distance to almost guarantee your DIY needs are met. Vast stock of course, and friendly, helpful staff to assist with finding specific items and even practical help if needed.
