   The manager made me feel really intimidated all I wanted to know is if they sold shelves. I left the stoor abruptly because he spoke to me so rudely and ruind my day. Iwill never return to this store. Stay away from the manager !

   Wilko’s customer service is abysmal. I ordered a storage shed online. They sent the wrong size. Website not user friendly for returns or complaints. Emailed customer service no reply. Emailed a second time no reply. Eventually got through on phone and received courtesy and help. Then received an email from customer services insinuating that the measurements were imperial as if it was my fault. I pointed out they had not delivered the size I ordered. After a fortnight they arranged to pick up the package which had been just plonked in my back garden and was in the way. I emailed that I would like a replacement of the correct size. I had two emails back one saying I would get a refund the other confirming a replacement. I wrote asking for a replacement. A week later I got emailed thanking me for the return and the refund would be in my bank in a few days. I emailed again saying I had been inconvenienced and wanted a replacement. This was completely ignored and the money less the delivery fee was refunded. I will never again order anything online from Wilko.

   Good store,however, I am totally against the self service tills, as it seems to be they are more important than manned tills. I am not a member of staff,I am a customer. I were in the queue to use a manned till,with only 2 people in front of me,asked by a member of staff if I were paying by card, expecting me to join a queue with around 9-10 customers. I refused and we're served a lot quicker, and had the human interaction that is important. I still paid by card,because I like to be a customer,not expected to be a member of staff..I like the store,but will never use a s/ service till,and put people put of a job, the obvious goal of cost cutting by the company.

   The staff were super helpful and friendly, the store were managing the amount of customers inside, and once you were in, there were clearly marked two meter distances to help people keep their distance. The shop was fully stocked. Really appreciate the staff working in such a difficult time.

   Fantastic shop with a great range of products that are reasonably priced. However, the staff really make this place stand out as they are all extremely friendly and helpful. This has quickly become my favourite shop in the peel center and cannot recommend it enough. They are seldom beat on price and ranges of product & their own brand products are also phenomenal.
