   Had one of the best costumer experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I was served by Jamie C. when hiring some sanding equipment. Each member of the team I spoke with were incredibly friendly and genuine people, moving things around to accommodate my asks and demonstrating exactly how to use the machinery. 100% will be back again and will recommend to everyone (even if they have no need for it). Thanks again for the Christmas biscuits! Looking forward to coming back again.

   Very poor service We ordered 110 2x2 flags 2 tonne mot 2 tonne building sand 6 cement Order placed online Given choice if dates to suite so we picked 30th april......that day came and no delivery ,after few phone calls we were told the new delivery date was 16th june so we cancelled entire order and requested full refund ,that took 15 days and only after several phone calls First it was nigel but that didnt seem to help as it still hadnt arrived 1 week later so another phone call to jewson This time it was yvonne who finally sorted it out and received full refund on 15th may,i suspect if i hadnt rung them several times we would still be waiting We will never purchase anything from jewsons in the future and as i have over 40 regular customers and atleast 30 new jobs every year i will be advising all customers to avoid ,jewson are actually dearer than all other big stores ,i have had several customers who have had bad service seems the people high up in jewson stores that are now reaping the riches from all us little customers spending our hard earned pennies dont seem to care Guess its only when the money stops goin through jewsons tills will they ever care

   Brilliant customer service!! I bought 50+ decking planks from them. The cost was almost 40% cheaper than anywhere else had quoted. When they arrive 4 boards were damaged. I reported it to the company. There was no fuss, no hassle and my FREE replacement boards were delivered within a few days. I cannot recommend them enough.
