   Went in on Saturday 11th December. We having some work done a property which is not in the area. Needed to look at doors, worktops and flooring. The young lady went though thing perfect explain everything and gave us a price though our builders account. So we could get idea what things was going to cost and if we needed to adjust a item for a lower cost if needed. Also there was a gentleman in there who was giving us good advice to us. The staff knew they would not get a sale for the Denton branch but a sale for Howdens. 10 out 10 for the staff at Denton. This was a second visit to a local Howdens store to find out this information. First visit to another store within a few miles of Denton we just got the cold treatment and would not help us. For Head office Please note. Denton top marks for the staff.

   When it comes to spending a lot of money on your house especially your kitchen decisions become hard. The team here from senior management all the way down to the delivery drivers have been the best I have ever seen. I literally can not fault a single thing. Special recognition to Pete. Sorted me a return after 1.5years. Well down.

   I came to Howdens - Denton for a selection of interior doors. I was dealt with by Sophie who was very professional and willing to help. She was very knowledgeable in the various products and designs to help us decide which we wanted. We ordered through Sophie and she also promoted some of the DIY products behind the till which we purchased. Our doors are due to arrive today and Sophie has been in contact with us throughout to make sure we are happy with the purchase and that delivery is arranged at a time that suits us. She has also expressed that we are to contact her if we have any problems with the delivery or doors post-delivery so that she can deal with them personally. Thankyou, Sophie!
