   I had the lamb kofta here and it was absolutely spot on. The kofta was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, with that rich, smoky flavour you expect from really good Middle Eastern food. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and the portion was generous for a market lunch. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere at St Nicholas Market just adds to the experience. If you're in the market and fancy something full of flavour and properly satisfying, Matina is definitely worth stopping by. I'll 100% be back to try more from the menu.

   Really wanted to try and didn’t disappoint. Guys working there are lovely, professional and friendly. Food is unreal: for 8 quid I got a huge box of fragrant rice, beautiful fresh crunchy salad, complex spicy dips and the most succulent chicken freshly chargrilled. Not to mention a velvety hummus that makes shop bought taste like glue. Didn’t get a naan, but they make them fresh and I will 100% be back. This is proper street food and they deserve all the support they can get - give it a try!!

   Highly recommend!!! Everything is fresh, prepared at the start of the day and made there and then! I got the lamb Kofta and it made me want to make my own! I was craving this the next day. Very delicious and tasty.

   A small street shop where they bake fresh bread right in front of your eyes and serve it as a delicious wrap filled with fresh salad and sauces. I definitely recommend trying it! We had the chicken wrap with extra halloumi, and it was absolutely amazing. The portions were huge, and the price was very reasonable.

   Fabulous wraps, one lamb and one grilled chicken was today's order. Spicy, lots of grated veg and a spicy sauce. The wrap itself was soft and delicious, soaking up any excess juice. Make sure you're hungry before you order. Staff friendly and efficient, despite a never ending queue, testimony to its deserved popularity.
