   A bunch of unorganized, dishonest, and rude supervisors and managers. Wanted to return damaged baby clothes, and after being told by one of the managers upstairs that I could return them without a receipt, I browsed the store to pick up some more items. By the time I wanted to pay and return the other garments, they started calling, and the supervisor who attended to me downstairs was very rude and behaved in a nasty way. I think your team could use some good customer service training, and some honesty, too

   Went into the Primark in the White Rose today and much to my disgust there was a young girl behind the tills and I believe she was a member of the management team...maybe a supervisor. She was wearing headphones and a striped pink and white t.shirt. she stormed down towards the tills and spoke to a member of staff APPAULING! I AM 59 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH BULLYING BEHAVIOUR from a senior member of staff in front of all her colleagues behind the till and staff..customers and who was ever in the hearing distance of her RANT! I USED TO WORK IN RETAIL..for many many years and the companies to whom i worked for would have never in a million years would have been like that in a million years. They had total respect for there team...I did on my way out speak to someone to whom said she was management and she would follow it through. I hope that Primark look into this and maybe have that member of staff appoligize or maybe go on a training course of how to be a team member!! Dissatisfied customer....it was appauling! .

   I’d like to start off by saying the general staff are brilliant but the manager on at 19.30pm 16/07/2025 is a disgrace to your company. Belittling members off staff in front of customers give them tasks when there already serving someone and when been told ‘I’m just serving someone’ to his response as ‘well am sure it will only take you 30 seconds’. Arrogant, rude and nasty. Power to the head and clearly bullied in school. Maybe come get a job outside of retail and see how quickly you’d be brought back down to earth.

   Found Primark to be quite busy for a Wednesday afternoon. The queue at the tills went past the display on the outside of the till area. There was no empty shelves and it had a good selection of sizes available for most things

   I needed a Xmas jumper fast and as I was nearby...not the greatest selection but time was pressing. £8 later I have a Xmas jumper. Why 4 and not 5? The queues were huge and there was stock all over the floor (what's wrong with people...can't they pick up what they've dropped or put them back properly). I felt sorry for the floor staff having to go round and fix everything.
