Most of staff are brilliant except one lord with hat who is very rough . Whenever he serve I decide will not come down here . Rest of people all nice .

I am very disappointed with the service my elderly father received at your store. When he approached the counter carrying his broken door lock, the staff member ( older lady ) at the counter dismissed him without checking stock and told him that none were available. This was both unhelpful and discouraging. While my father waited outside in the car, I searched your website and quickly found the exact lock along with its product number. I then called the store and provided these details to another staff member, which proves the item was in fact available. This experience caused unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the level of customer service provided.
Rushed in late on a Friday for a shower replacement as an Electrician. Suzanne was very patient and helpful with helping me to figure out what I needed. Not the closest hardware store but definitely the best.
I do use this branch quite a lot but unfortunately this Sunday 19th, 10am went here to buy few items but customer service zero a lady with no any interest in service me in first place I said good morning but no reply, never seen customer service like that.
Great brand, quality goods with good price! I highly recommend as they are as good as screwfix. Love the customer service and there is bald guy named Daniel is the best. Has free parking and its a bonus in Piccadilly area.

I was looking screws for my bike. I tried to find defferent places but I didn't find. finally I found in tools station the type I was looking for with low price. The guy who helped me was v respectful. I honestly recommend to any one.
