Was a brilliant store to shop in unfortunately let down by lack of manners and complete disrespectful staff member, young lad I believe named Dillon. Lacking in customer service and very cocky attitude. 3rd time today had to deal with this arrogant little boy. Rest of the staff are great. Usually plenty of stock. Shame you got one to let them down. There is no way i would employ this kid in a customer facing role.
My personal opinion - stuff should get better training. No they not rude, they just can't recognize things they sell everyday. If you're selling goods you should quickly find goods you sell and advise customer. Then everyone goes to you over and over again increasing your profit. Would you agree that cable size visual recognition is not a rocket science?!
