I've been using the oven for two years and I'm very happy with it. I bought it for a very good price. It still works perfectly.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered an item, it was dispatched, and I received a delivery notification along with a photo. The photo clearly shows a property that is not mine. I contacted the courier, who confirmed they delivered the parcel to the address printed on the label supplied by the company. They also told me they canβt disclose the address due to GDPR. I then went back to the supplier, who insisted the address was correct. The result has been nothing but a loop of βspeak to them, not us,β while I sit here with no item. My request was simple: for the supplier to speak with their courier and resolve the issue on my behalf. Instead, Iβve been left without the product I paid for, and with no sign of a replacement or any meaningful support. Deeply disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

I brought a lovely gas cooker the one you can clean underneath... Well the first day i cooked pasties ...they were burnt.. I thought it was me so the following Sunday I cooked a roast well thst burnt .. I WhatsApp them as this was the only way they seem so complicate..I said the thermostat is to high after complaining I said i will take it further..so they said we will send an engineer out but if there's nothing wrong you pay...I said I won't be paying its your job to sort it...well an engineer come out and said its ok ..so I said iv been cooking with gas for over 30 years this cooker burns my food...well apparently the engineer said it was fine..... So I thought do you know what I will cook paties again on low started burning with pics I turned it down to the lowest and the paties were black and yes I took another pic..so I told them the cookers in the passage ready 4 you to pick up with my full refuned if not im going 2 my solicitors..within 24 hrs thry picked it up nothing to sign so I took a pic and my door camera so I had proof....iv had my refuned But this company is the worst ever It may be cheaper but this company is not worth you waisting your money.... Parts missing No one to call Only WhatsApp DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..

Purchased a Ferre cooker hood for a new kitchen After 2 months the lights failed. Asked by Ferre to send a what sap of the fault ,we did ,since then Phone always busy ,e mail unanswered a stunning silence ! Dishonest, disreputable company ,once they have you cash , tough.they don't do customer service. Meanwhile stick with Argos ,Currys,AO ,the seller decent goods not shoddy Turkish imports and you will have some redress if you need it !

This is one of the worst customer service experience that I have ever received. They provide a WhatsApp interface because they do not want to face direct contact. They should be totally ashamed of their service. They did respond to me 1 time, but every time else no response. Anyone who provided a 5-star rating may be an employee of the company. Treat people with dignity after taking their money !!! I would advise any other to avoid this company at all costs. Find another product at 2x the cost, but do not buy anything from Ferre UK Ltd as there is no customer service available. I have a partially working cooker from them and after trying to contact them, no response from any posts. Appalling behavior. This is one time when 0 stars would be a better rating.
