   Mates have always provided a great service. They have all the DIY products we need at reasonable prices. We have used them for years. The staff in there are fantastic, really friendly and always happy to help. I have young children and they always go out of their way to help me when I already have my hands full.

   This DIY store seems to have everything but the knowledge of the staff stopped me giving it a 5. I needed to get some advice on curtain rails but neither of the two staff had any idea and so i had to go elsewhere.

   Always amazing service. I moved into the area about a year ago and every time I get amazing service. The guys know what they're talking about and are always eager to help. Last time I just needed mineral oil to season a chopping board, walk in and get a friendly greeting, I'm telling him what I'm looking for, he points me to the isle, comes over to help without needing me to ask, then when I tell him I need food safe low/no odour, he grabs two options from beside himself without looking. I was in and out within two minutes.
