Customer service is extremely bad don't meet the guy name Saad extremely rude and and zero percent knowledge about customer service and respect other staff is ok price wise not recommended other branches offer better prices
Abbas was very helpful and answered everything we asked him, he was also very patient and informative and explained everything in great detail.

The farnworth branch is appalling, rude staff, not helpful or professional in the slightest. Won’t be going back again, neither will my family/friends.
They offer a great variety of tiles, and the manager, Saj, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He ensured everything went smoothly from order to delivery.
