   Rosanna was really kind and very helpful. She guided and took me to the place where the tiles were (as I couldnt find them) and was very kind. She even helped to put the heavy tiles in the trolley for me, superb strength. Excellent service. Thank you so much Rosanna.

   Great for everything under one roof/one stop shopping for various building materials, plumbing, electrical etc. This can save time and money from driving around different suppliers. Easy to access when driving. Staff are always helpful and courteous.

I can't say that for the 2 members of staff. first one who ignored us and the second one who either wasn't sure where should we look and kept saying we don't sell this. Ladies you are fantastic.    It's a bit and q, literally does what it says on the tin. That said I went in a Christmas to get a couple of small bits and the seasonal section Christmas lights etc, was well set up, the store is spacious and staff friendly and helpful. Photo of what was bought and some horrified pooches.

   Product offered cheap on Internet. Limped all the way from town centre ( war veteran ) . Manager wouldn't concede on technical matters . Never want to trade with theses people again . Shop at Wicks now .

   Large store selling all the usual stuff you'd expect, however, there did seem to be missing some item or limited stock ie. No blue slate chippings, limited wood, no garden furniture, but perhaps that's seasonal thing or they've sold it all, it is September. No wood floor & patio paint, no large sheds, maybe you have to view them on-line. However, prices do seem reasonable compared with other stores.
