   Do not use this company the director Steven Anthony Boyle used to run a company called deck direct.Who we had the misfortune to use told us he was supplying trek decking.Supplied inferior product all starting to split stay away from this guy

   I'm really pleased with my decking it looks amazing and better than I expected from initial ideas. They advised on design and products that would best suit our needs and budget. The team who came to fit were helpful, skilled carpenters, who worked really hard and even tweaked the design to make it better! They kept me informed at every stage and credited me with materials that weren't used. I'd recommend them and look forward to working with them again on our next garden project!

   Good quality decking - poor service. We had numerous quotes for decking, deck direct being the most expensive however, we opted to go with it as we were advised delivery would be 3/4 days which was far quicker than anywhere else. Almost 2 weeks later, after being told numerous dates to expect the decking (all of which were pushed back) I contacted deck direct to express my dissatisfaction as the decking still hadn't arrived and was told the company have 'never worked to a 3/4 day timescale'and we would 'never have been told this'. Luckily, we found an email from Steve which proved he had advised a 3/4 day timescale to which he apologised and advised he must have gotten mixed up as 3/4 days is for composite decking not for timber. I must say I find this explanation hard to believe as we hadn't asked for composite and I was advised on the phone they would never advise of a 3/4 day timescale. Either way, I appreciate mistakes happen but unfortunately this one cost us over £100 as we would have chosen a cheaper alternative because the time it took them to deliver was the same timescale advised by other cheaper companies. When we did eventually receive the decking 2.5 weeks after ordering, it was 14 timber frames short but these were delivered the next day. Given the above, I wouldn't recommend this company, - you'll find cheaper decking elsewhere with, most likely, a better service.

   Very poor service. I was promised delivery 2 days ago and still no word. No one has bothered to call or email. Despite the fact that i paid cash almost a week ago. There are many cheaper suppliers out there but i only went for them because they are only 2 (TWO) miles from my house and i needed the decking urgently. Do not waste your money on these jokers.

   They were ok when they wanted my hard earned £2k for decking! However, their after sales service is shocking! Rang them 5 times in 4 months just for a tin of touch up paint...still waiting for one phone call back but they can’t be bothered so I’ve gone elsewhere! Sprat to catch a mackerel wasn’t apparent here. If I offered this service I’d be out of business very quickly!

   In the middle of having our garden landscaped we were let down by another supplier to supply us with composite boards. Found DeckDirect on the internet, rang them and they were very helpful then drove to the shop. Staff were extremely helpful once we arrived and they knew their products, Colin showed us round the showroom to view all their products which were fabulous as it's well layed out and gives you a better idea of what the boards look like when down rather than just a small sample, although you can take away a sample of all the boards should you wish. Delivery was arranged for the next day, although it wasn't free it was a reasonable charge I would definitely recommend them.
