   I used Edel to supply and fit LVT planks a couple of months ago. Everything was supplied and installed on time. Unfortunately the planks started to lift in places a couple of weeks after installation and after contacting them to rectify the matter I hadn’t heard anything further. After waiting 5 weeks and not being able to mop the floor I had to find a local person to install the flooring correctly. Having paid a huge amount of money for the fitting to then have to have the problems fixed at my own cost is an insult. I hope this explains the one star review clearly.
